Småfolk was created with a clear mission to design clothes that inspire children's imagination and creativity and allow for movement and play. In short: Småfolk is clothing that children can live and play in.

Småfolk is known for our colorful and whimsical universe, where children are in focus. Children love colors and fun prints – and so do we! That's why we go all out with cheerful colors and always have a large selection of different prints in our collections. Children easily find their favorite print, whether they love machines, flowers, cats, or dinosaurs.  

Each print in the Småfolk universe has a story, but the story changes and comes alive with the children. We hear again and again from parents that a certain blouse or dress has become their children's favorite – because the children create stories from the clothes.

Children tumble, crawl, jump, dance, and climb trees. Småfolk clothing is always comfortable for children to wear and is made for play (and often becomes part of the play). Our designs are always carefully adapted to children's different needs and offer a perfect fit that ensures the child's freedom of movement.

 

Danish design

Småfolk was founded in Denmark in 2005 and has since become an internationally recognized brand, with retailers worldwide. An important part of our DNA is our unique prints, which our talented in-house designers draw themselves, inspired by children.

We place great emphasis on quality and comfort and were among the first in Denmark to introduce children's clothing made from organic materials. To ensure that our clothes last season after season, it is important for us to create timeless designs and choose high-quality materials that help extend the life of the clothing.

 

Carefully selected materials

We select our materials based on what best suits the product's design and function. And we always get certificates for our organic fabrics from our suppliers to ensure that the materials are ones we can stand behind. It is important for us to only use materials that make sense for our products and customers. Organic cotton is the primary material we use in our products.

All our products are, of course, Oeko-Tex certified, so you can always be sure that our collections are safe, skin-friendly, and not harmful for your children to wear.
