Return
Here is an updated and more coherent version, where I have incorporated information about return slips, order numbers, and packages sent to parcel shops:
Returns
Småfolk offers a 14-day full right of return valid from the day you receive your order.
To receive a full refund of the purchase price, items must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, and with all original tags intact.
It is important that you include the return slip that came with your order. The return slip must be filled out with a clear indication of the reason for return and your order number. You can find your order number on your order confirmation.
Once we have received and processed your return package, we will refund the amount to the payment card used for the purchase. For security reasons, we can only refund to the original payment method.
If you have any questions regarding your return, please feel free to contact Småfolk's customer service at:
Phone: +45 71 99 66 97
E-mail: info@smafolk.dk
Return costs are borne by the customer. This applies both to returning items and to returning items that are to be exchanged.
Småfolk does not accept items sent without delivery, packages sent cash on delivery, or return packages sent to parcel shops. Return packages must therefore be sent directly to the address below.
Remember to save your delivery receipt as proof that the package has been dispatched.
Please note that the processing time for returns can be up to 5 business days.
Return address:
Småfolk A/S
Industrivej 59
4683 Rønnede
Denmark
Att: Webshop
If you wish to send your package back from the GLS Parcel Shop where you collected your order, you can see GLS' current prices here:

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return the unwanted item and then place a new order.
If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact customer service at info@smafolk.dk or +45 71 99 66 97.
I have also made the phrasing about "without delivery" more concrete by explicitly stating that you do not accept return packages sent to parcel shops, as this is often what customers are unsure about.
