The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is only used and stored for payment processing and the fulfillment of the agreed contract. When completing payments, some of your data will be transferred to Shopify payment, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we use your email address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a product purchase, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your information (except for your email address, if you have given consent to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 3 years after you have received your item or service.

We host our website with Simply.com, Brandstoff Consulting, and Traede, and our payment system is through Shopify Payment, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in Simply.com, Brandstoff Consulting, and Traede's data centers.
We use external companies as suppliers to provide our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

As the data subject, you have a number of rights that we must ensure are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
